Can I buy singles? Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, every product listed on Home Decor is available in ‘single’ quantity. There is no minimum order quantity required for the order to be processed.

Do I have to check the availability of a stock before placing an order?

No. All products, live on our website, are in-stock. However, catalogues change and are updated on a regular basis. So if you would like to order a particular product, you should do it right away and make the payment. Else, it can go out of stock later.

How do I change the address after the order is placed?

Reach out to us through chat option and we’ll help you change the address if the order hasn’t been verified. But if it has been verified then the address cannot be changed. In such a case, you can cancel the order and place a new order. You’ll not incur any cancellation fee.

Do you ship outside India?

No, Sorry. Currently, we do not ship outside of India.

What is the process for placing bulk orders?

We no longer accept bulk orders. You can, however, place large-quantity orders on the app, subject to stock availability. Discounts: Product prices on the website reflect discountsalready offered . We do not offer additional discounts on large- quantity orders.

How do I track the shipment of an order?

Please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to 'Orders' section
  2. Tap on the relevant Order
  3. Click on 'Track'
  4. Click on 'Open Courier Link'

You can also share the Tracking number or link with your customer through WhatsApp share button.

Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.

What is the duration of the shipment?

Most of the orders are shipped by the suppliers between 2-3 days, once the order is confirmed. However, as a reseller, you can mention 4-5 days to your customer.

Can I cancel an order after it has been shipped?

No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. However, if it is absolutely necessary to cancel the order you can ask your customer to not accept the order at the time when it is delivered. The order will be automatically cancelled and no cancellation fee will apply.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order

If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:

  • Inform us about the discrepancy by sending a email to within 24 hours of order receipt.
  • Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at
  • Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.
